对于那些含有的溶剂量无法直接送至排放或现有的水处理设备的排水相，MEGTEC 提供蒸汽和空气汽提塔来进行溶剂清除。

在蒸汽汽提系统中，蒸汽从塔底引入。含污染物的水向下流，溶剂集中在塔的顶部，在塔顶馏出至冷凝器。其产物之后被储存或送入倾析器。

在空气汽提工艺或吸附系统中，空气通过塔，与液体的流动方向相反。溶剂变为汽流，之后可能返回至碳吸附装置的入口，净化后适合弃置的水被排掉。
