We’ve been in business for more than 40 years and employ approximately 600 people on four continents. 

MEGTEC headquarters is located in De Pere, Wisconsin with a 365,000 square foot manufacturing facility with engineering, service and sales. Additional U.S. sites are located in Columbus, Ohio and Vero Beach, Florida, which support our Solvent Recovery Division. We have operations in France, Germany, Sweden, the United Kingdom, China, India and Australia.

History
The MEGTEC family of companies, including MEGTEC Systems Inc. and its previous companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions brings together a strong history of innovation and customer service. Since the combining of TEC Systems and MEG a French company in 1997, MEGTEC has grown and continues to grow through acquisitions that strengthen its products and services offerings.

MEGTEC’s acquisitions include:

  • Thermo Wisconsin:  dryer and emission control equipment
    Butler: License of zero-speed splicers
  • Wolverine Corporation: air emission control division
  • AMAL/Enkel: paster and splicer business
  • Vara Technologies and both Barneby Sutcliffe and Sutcliffe Speakman: solvent recovery and distillation operations
  • The former Ross Air Systems: intellectual property for dryers and ovens
