Methanol Recovery
    Flash vaporization to remove methanol and water from biodiesel and glycerin
    Distillation to recover up to 99.9% pure methanol for reuse

Biodiesel Purification
    Flash drying to remove moisture
    Vacuum distillation to remove monoglycerides, sterol glucoside, other impurities

Glycerin Refining
    Methanol and water removal by evaporation
    Vacuum distillation to produce > 99.5% pure refined glycerin
