MEGTEC's Operation and Maintenance Workshops for Dryers, Splicers and Oxidizers are three-day courses conducted at our De Pere, Wisconsin, facility.
Each workshop includes background information on the equipment and evolution of the design. Relationships with the process and process variables are discussed. Maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting discussions are manual-based, and include details of Preventive Maintenance assistance available to help minimize downtime and improve performance. Tips on energy conservation, waste reduction, and process troubleshooting are just a few of the topics included in every workshop.
The unique open classroom style of discussion/instruction specifically encourages participation, which builds the professional relationships advantageous in our specialized industry.
Our instructors are all frontline Engineering and Service personnel who are experts in MEGTEC’s product lines. All are specialists in their field of expertise, bringing the latest in design and operational knowledge to the workshop. Instructors are Platform Team-based, able to draw on many resources to answer the toughest questions.
